Yesterday, on 12th of April, ADCI team went to the event "HappyDev lite" which is the conference for IT-students and Career Fair at the same time. The atmosphere was great, we came in advance to prepare our promotional materials and stand. Then the fair started. The students were very active and asked a lot of different questions about our company, vacant positions, and selection process. And what was even better - the most students already knew something about our company and what Drupal is. That allowed our HR-manager to collect applications from well-qualified candidates.
And that was not the end!
After the career fair, it was our turn to deliver a session in front of 150 IT-students. We chose the topic "International IT-communities" because it is the best way to show how Drupal community influenced on our daily work and the company development. We were telling to the audience about benefits the developers get if the company they work for participate in the community development. Firstly, it is the sense of commitment and the opportunity to contribute directly to open-source. Secondly, it is the advantages of being among soulmates where everyone can help and support. Thirdly, this is educational and fun events like DrupalCons, DrupalCamps and DrupalCafes. Then it is the great clients and interesting and complex projects. Because of the being part of the community and the partner of Association we as a company are more visible on international IT-market and have a goodwill so we are honored to be the Design Partner of DrupalCons 15-16. And lastly, the amazing corporate culture that unites people from 229 countries!

So we are very glad we came to this event, got to know a lot of talanted students, and told our story.
