At least 10 percent of the population has a fear of the number 13, and each year the even more specific fear of Friday the 13th, known as paraskevidekatriaphobia, results in financial losses, as people avoid marrying, traveling, or in the most severe cases, even working. But not us!
How was our 13th year of the company, and even under the banner of 2020? You know - it was great!
2020 has been challenging so far, so it would be a good time to focus on supporting the corporate spirit. We played online quizzes, listened to monthly podcasts from our director Alex. We went to work and opened a movie club in our office when self-isolation was over. And for the first time, we started working with a flexible start of the day! What we miss when we don’t work together in the same space - is a sense of community and new ideas that come from spending time with our colleagues. But despite all the challenges, this year we:
- grew to 46 employees (there were 39 of us last November);
- published 18 articles, 6 case studies, and 2 blogs on the site;
- developed Social Sharing a new cool module.
And it is not our limit. We are also proud to announce that Clutch recognized us as a top 1000 Companies and top B2B providers in Russia this year! Clutch's researchers had examined thousands of companies, and we've come out on top.
What is our biggest secret? We love our work so much!
